Description

This is a sole source requirement to Controlled Access Concepts, Inc. for the equipment and installation required to complete the installation of the Access Control/Badge Production System for DISA CENTCOM. The equipment shall include: ONE EACH: Lock Power Supplies, PS-Lock; CAC/MIC Server Software, WG-5; CAC/MIC Badging Software, BO-BADGE; Image Capture Camera, BDG-CAM; Image Capture Interface Card FP-128; PVC Card Printer, MG-II; Mounts and Lights, LITE-BDG; Hirsch Intelligent Field Processor, M-8N; Enrollment Reader Interface w/mounting stand, ENTL-1; TWO EACH: Hirsch Communication Processor, X-Box; THREE EACH: Back boxes for Scrambler Prox Readers, MB-2S; Alarm Interface Terminators, DTLM-3; Electric Locking Devices ELD-1; Surge Suppressors, MOV-35; Balanced Magnetic Switches, 2701-A; Request to Exit P.I.R., DS-150; FOUR EACH: Hirsch Scramble Prox Card Readers, DS47L-SPX; Rolls of Print Material, 250 print each; 500 EACH PVC Proximity Cards, PVC; Installation to include all materials and equipment necessary to complete installation, INT-MAT; System Training (two days onsite); travel costs (air, hotel, per diem); and 1 year maintenance, MAINT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation per FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotations. See attached list for specific subscription list. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. FAR provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition, offer shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, technical acceptability, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule, and satisfactory past performance record. Additional applicable FAR and DFARS clauses 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 252.225-7001.
