Description

The VAPSHCS intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Personnel Decisions, International of Minneapolis, MN to provide approximately 200 PROFILOR survey instruments for the period November 1, 2000 through October 31, 2001 with an option to extend for an additional one year period. The estimated yearly cost is between $25,000 and $100,000. The Profilor survey instrument identifies needs and offers development suggestions to help build skills managers need now and in the future. Other interested parties who wish to have an alternative product considered must notify the contracting officer no later than October 2, 2000.
