Description

Overcoat, Man's, Melton Blue, SH 3346, NSN: 8405-01-154-5780(s)in accordance with specification MIL-O-2414H dated August 15, 1988, pattern dated March 6, 1991 and Overcoat, Woman's, Melton Blue, SH 3346 in accordance with MIL-0-24926A dated April 3, 1990, pattern dated November 10, 1988. This is a Best Value procurement. A technical proposal is required including Product Demonstration Models (PDMs), Past Performance, Bill and Hold, Manufacturing Plan, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), Quality Assurance Plan, Socioeconomic Plan, Mentoring Business Agreemement and Javits-Wagner-O'Day (JWOD). This will be an Indefinite Delivery Type Contract with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 96,292 each of the Man's Overcoat, and 29,365 each of the Woman's Overcoat. The maximum quantities will be for 144,438 each of the Man's Overcoat and 44,051 each of the Woman's Overcoat. Four one-year options will be included. This acquisition is an unrestricted acquisition. The material used in fabrication are to be furnished by the contractor. The ANTICIPATED solicitation issue date (THIS IS AN APPROXIMATION ONLY) is October 31, 2000.
