Description

Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, and materials to furnish and install concrete graveliners for Mill Springs National Cemetery, 9044 West Highway 80, Nancy, KY 42544. Contract covers base period October 1, 2000 (or date of contract award, whichever is later), through September 30, 2001, with three 1-year options to extend the term of the contract through September 30, 2004. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 3272 and a size standard of 500 employees are applicable. All responsible small business sources may submit a quote. Request for a hard copy of the solicitation must be in writing to Ms. Janice Corlew, Contract Specialist. Please reference Solicitation Number RFQ 786-92-00 on all requests. Requests may be faxed to 703-441-4769. No telephone requests will be accepted. Hard copy solicitations will be issued via the ordinary mails on or about September 20, 2000.
