Description

A/E services required to develop construction specifications and drawing for the relocation of the Sleep Study lab and upgrading the HVAC System. The work shall include the necessary investigation for document development. The area for renovation is the 4th floor of building one (1). The new area will include new examination rooms, offices, conference rooms, patient sleeping areas, waiting areas,etc. The space available is approximately 11,300 sq. ft. The design will include general construction, demolition, HVAC, electrical upgrades, removal of asbestos insulation and lead paint. This will also involve the services of a certified Industrial Hygenist. The SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) code for this project is 8712. The estimated construction cost is between $1,500,000 -- $2,000,000. All 254 AND 255 should be submitted by COB on 10-23-00. This is not a request for proposal. THIS PROCUREMENT IS SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
