Description

It is the Government's intent to release the formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for the cost comparison study of select functional areas of the ACC Communications Group on or about 4 Oct 00 with proposals being due on or about 6 Nov 00. The RFP will be available on the Government's Electronic Posting System website at http://www.eps.gov. All responsible sources may submit an offer to be considered. This cost comparison will be conducted in accordance with Air Force Commercial Activities Policy Instruction(OMB)A-76, Performance of Commercial Activities. ACC CONS and ACC Com Group anticipate hosting a pre-proposal conference in mid October. Please refer to the above referenced website for specific details.
