Description

1. The Naval Hospital, Charleston, SC intends to procure on a sole source basic from AT&T 3 non-published ready lines. 2. Third line will point to this line will be a national service line. 4. Period of service is 01 October 2000 through 30 September 2001. 5. This is not a solicitaiton. 6.This synopsis is not considered a request for quotations. 7. No solicitation doucment is available and telephone requests will not be honored. 8. No contract will be awarded awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. 9. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. 10. This procurement is subject to the availability of Fiscal Year 2001 funding.
