Description

The DLA Support Services, Office of Corporate Contracting intends to award a purchase order, following Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), on a sole source basis to Congressional Quarterly, Inc. for unlimited access to CQ.Com on Congress, a web-based legislative tracking service, for employees of the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) and the Defense Contract Audit Agency at the Headquarters Complex, 8725 John J. Kingman Road, Ft. Belvoir, VA. The service will provide access to the following information: CQ Daily Monitor News, CQ Weekly, BNN Frontrunner, CQ Billtrack, CQ Billwatch, Billtext, CQ Committee Coverage, Congressional Record, CQ Votes, CQ Schedules, Committee Testimony, Defense Related Hearing Transcripts, Committee Reports, House Action Reports, SenateWatch, Member Profiles, Custom Lists, Custom Searches, and Custom Alerts. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However interested parties may submit for review sufficient technical and pricing information of their product for consideration in future acquisitions.
