Description

The Government has a requirement for a contractor to perform Metropool contract: V3 Metropool bk#12 provide full service and maintenance for ph/blood Gas analyzer, model 1415 SN:98040832 1 yr. PH/blood gas analyzer, model 1714, SN:98040833 1 yr. PH/blood gas analyzer, model bg3 SN:94081243 1 yr. V3 Metropool #bk12 location: Room 1027, Cardio-pulmonary lab for the period 10/1/00 to 9/30/01 inclusive. Full service contract to include all necessary labor, tools, equipment, transportation and parts (excluding glassware) required to perform repair and preventive maintenance (PM) on listed equipment. All equipment shall be maintained in proper operating condition as specified by the manufacturer. Vendor must have access to original equipment, manufacturer (OEM) parts manuals and schematics to perform the service. Vendors must have their own schematics available on site at time of service. It is location at VA New York Harbor Healthcare System, Brooklyn Campus, 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn VAMC, Brooklyn, NY 10468. This procurement shall be procured and awarded using the commercial item procedures. The term of the contract shall be from Date of award through September 30, 2001. This procurement is 100% small business set aside. The applicable SIC is 7629.
