Description

This amendment number 4 is to include the latest wages determination revision number 14 dated on June 4, 2000, to amend the section B, Schedule of supplies/services and price/cost, Base Period to read: 10/01/00 or upon contract award to 09/30/2001and to extend the due date of the SFO RFP672-262-01 to 9/25/00 at 3:30pm Puerto Rico local time. You can also obtain these wage determination rates by accessing the DOL web page on the Internet at http://kirk.fedworld.gov/sca/94-2461.txt The revision number 14 of the wage determination number 1994-2461 will replace the one that was included on the attachment number 6 on the solicitation package RFP672-01-262. If you already sent the RFP please mail the acknowledgment of this amendment number 4 with any changes issued to your proposal (price package), if any. Since the portion provided to acknowledge the amendment on page 3 of the solicitation package doesn't have the sufficient space to acknowledge this amendment number 4, you can acknowledge the said amendment on the bottom of this page. Make sure you mail your package with all the required information. See page 32, Section E, Solicitation and Provisions, Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -Commercial Items, letter B, G, and H for details. Offerors must submit the proposal in original by mail and/or hand-carried ONLY. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
