Description

This notice is provided on a sole source basis, and will be awarded on all or none basis, however all offerors will be considered. with the intent to award a firm fixed price order with Wampole Laboratories. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-00-T-124 is issued as a request for quotations (RFQ). An Award will be made based on price , past performance and delivery history. For past performance evaluation, provide at least three references . The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. This is a standing order with deliveries scheduled beginning October 3rd, 2000. Line # 0001: VARICELLA ZOSTER IgG ELISA. Quantity: 44 Kit. ; Item 0002: HERPES GROUP IgG ELISA.
