Description

SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to award a sole source contract to Raytheon Systems, 528 Boston Post Road, Sudbury, MA 01776 for reasons of unique capabilities and limited rights to technical data. Raytheon the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) will continue to provide Program Technical Support Services to include engineering and technical support, management support, Integrated Logistics and Maintenance support, depot, overhaul, training and engineering support services. The Relocatable Over the Horizon Radar (ROTHR) has been used by the Navy since 1984. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Cost Plus Fixed Fee contract is anticipated with a base period of one year with options to extend the term of the contract for an additional four one-year periods.
