This is a sole source solicitation for commercial items under the Simplify Acquisition. This serves as notice of intent to negotiate with Smith & Nephew, Inc. under authority of FAR 6.302, a firm fixed price supply contract for surgical arthroscopic instruments. The surgical arthroscopic instruments must be compatible and interchangeable with existing two systems to allow for three surgical procedures.This is not a formal solicitation.
