Description

The services to be performed include management, administrative services, utilities system maintenance, building & structures maintenance, heating, ventilation & air conditioning, refrigeration & compressed air equipment maintenance, transportation services, pest control services, maintenance of family housing facilities, range maintenance, ground electronics maintenance & services, transient aircraft services, supply services, welfare & recreation maintenance services, swimming pool operation & maintenance, combined bachelor housing, food services, minor construction, and support maintenance services. The contract performance period is anticipated to be five years, including one base year and four (4) twelve month options commencing 1 October 2001. A performance-base combination firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract is anticipated. This estimated cost range is between 5 million and 10 million per year. The standard industrial classification (sic) code is 8744 and the North American Industry Classification Systems (naics) code is 561210. All responsible sources from both small and large business concerns may submit a proposal which shall be considered. The request for proposals (RFP) will be available on or about 16 October 2000.
