Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number, N00259-00-T-0103 is issued as a request for quotations(RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 97-19. This is a request for the following: CLIN 0001: Lot I, Base Year (01 Oct 00 through 30 Sep 01). Labor and material to provide disinfectant services for 173 required units located at the Naval Medical Center, bachelor housing buildings 26 & 41, San Diego CA 92134. Service to include: Drip dispenser units (installed); all associated repairs; all parts and labor as required; service personnel to be supervised by a bonded supervisor; all disinfectant required to be alternated quarterly with a different fragrance as per the customer's request; and no excess product to be stored on site. Note that the amount of units being serviced will change with the upcoming renovation of Bldg 26. CLIN 0002: Lot II, Option Year One (01 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 02). CLIN 0003: Lot III, Option Year Two (01 Oct 02 through 30 Sep 03). CLIN 0004: Lot IV, Option Year Three (01 Oct 03 through 30 Sep 04).
