Description

This is anotice of intent to extend the term of contract No. F01600-94-C0083 with Elaine's Cleaning Service, 4108 Dayton-Xenia Road, Beavercreek, OH 45434 for an additional one month period, commencing 01 Oct 00 and ending 31 Oct 00. Services shall consist of Furnishing all labor, materials,transportation and equipment necessary to provide Custodial Services at Maxwell AFB and Gunter Annex, Al. Hours of operation will vary depending on the facility to be cleaned. Services are normally not required on weekends and holidays. No solicitation will be issued for these services. See numbered Note 22.
