Description

STAT Electronic Textbook Reference Library Database, 1 year CD ROM subscription for internet/network based electronic library, sole source to Teton Data Systems due to licensing requirements. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation per FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Quotations. See attached list for specific subscription list. Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. Required availability not later than 30 Sept. 00, HQ USSOCCOM MacDill AFB, FL 33621-5323. Pricing shall reflect 40-CC user. FAR provision 52.212-1, 52.212-2 applies to this acquisition, offer shall be evaluated for fair and reasonable price, technical acceptability, adherence to applicable clauses, provisions, delivery schedule, and satisfactory past performance record. Additional applicable FAR and DFARS clauses 52.212-4, 52.212-5, 52.232-33, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-37, 52.225-13, 252.225-7001. Offer shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offer Representation and Certification-Commercial Items which may be accessed on the internet (http://farsite.hill.af.mil).
