Description
The project consists of the full removal, disposal, and replacement of the Desert Creek bridge and concrete abutments with a treated timber bridge on timber abutments. Work requirements include sediment control, temporary detour construction, management of traffic, and the installation of riprap and asphalt wearing surface. The project is located northerly on California State Route 182 & Nevada State Route 338, about 25 miles to the Risue Canyon Road (FR #050. Turn left and continue northwesterly on Desert Creek Road (FR #027) about 7.5 miles to the Desert Creek Bridge. Est. start date is 3/15/2001 with 90 calendar days for completion. Est. price ranger is between $25,000 and $100,000. This proposed procurement is under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, which is not set aside for small business.
