Description

Z -- The work of this contract consists of construction of approximately 500 feet of two lane gravel road. The road will be constructed to a standard that will accept asphalt paving at a future date. (Asphalt paving is not part of this contract.) This contract will include a seven car parking area to be constructed in gravel at the end of the proposed road. The project will involve excavation in an area subject to rock outcroppings, clearing and grubbing through trees, and drainage features to mitigate erosion. This is Set Aside for Small Business.
