Description

Furnish all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform Park and Road maintenance at Wappapello Lake, Wappapello, Missouri. Indefinite Quantity contract not to exceed $350,000 per contract year (Guaranteed minimum $7,000 per year for base year and $3,500 for each option year). Base contract period is from December 1, 2000 or date of award whichever is later thru November 30, 2001 with Government's option to renew for two (2) optional years. You are hereby informed that the St. Louis web page will serve as the only pre-solicitation notice for all construction-service projects.
