Description

Project "Install Liner, Golf Course Pond", has a projected issue date on or about 4 Oct 00. The North American Industry Classification System code is 23499 with average annual receipts not to exceed $17,000,000. The project will consist of dredging pond, adding soil and new earth liner, and installation of piping used to remove effluent from liquid storage pond at the golf course. Prior to dredging, government will remove effluent from pond. All work shall be done with the golf course remaining in operation and the work area unoccupied. Magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 20 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed date. Project is being issued under the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program for full and open competition. The resulting contract will be awarded using non-appropriated funds. Solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted through the Electronic Posting System/Federal Business Ops (htt;//www.eps.gov). The Government will not provide any paper copies of the solicitation. Contractors will be solely responsible for monitoring the Internet and obtaining the solicitation and amendments and downloading them for their files. Interested offerors must ensure they are registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to receive an award of the contract.
