Description

Work that may be involved within the scope of this Indefinite Quantity Contract includes minor alterations, repairs, and replacements for roof work in post offices and postal facilities. Asbestos work related to roof repairs and/or replacement may be required under this contract. The contract essentially is a unit price standard type arrangement for either a two year initial contract period with three one-year renewal options for a maximum contract value of $9,500,000. Performance and payment bonds will be required from the successful offeror. The initial contract amount is $250,000 and can be increased by increments of $250,000 until maximum is reached. The MINIMUM contract value is $10,000. NO PROPOSAL GUARANTEE (BID BOND) IS REQUIRED. Proposal amount will be in the form of a two digit single multiplier to be applied against a unit price schedule for future work orders.
