Items will be shipped to various zones within conus -- see solicitation. All responsible source may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s): one (1), nine (9), and twenty-six (26). This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 11 October 2000. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The small business size standard is 750 employees.
