Description

The Federal Bureau of Prison (BOP) has identified a need to establish a national contract for 12 Gauge Shotguns, with front sights only. Delivery of weapons will be made to various BOP facilities throughout the United States, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. An Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements type contract with a one-year base and four one-year option periods are contemplated. Estimates are as follows: Base Year 300 shotguns, Option Year One 300 shotguns, Option Year Two 300 shotguns, Option Year Three 300 shotguns, and Option Year Four 300 shotguns. Offerors are advised that award may be made based upon initial offers. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestrictive basis, open to both Small and Large businesses. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 5099. Requests for the solicitation packages must be in writing, including telephone number and point of contact, to the Contracting Officer listed in this notice.
