Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego Simplified Acquisition Monterey Site intends to negotiate and award on a sole source procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the authority of FAR Part 13.106-1 (b) and 6.302 with General Atomics Aeronautical System, 16761 Via Del Campo Court, San Diego, CA 92127 Delivery shall be made within 60 days after reciept of award to CIRPAS (Airport-Marina) 3240 Imjin Road, Hanger 510, Marina, CA 93933. Ground support equipment: Starter Cart, PN:UAB92001-1Ground power Cart to be used with the CIRPAS Aircraft, the Predator and the Altus. To include two Aircraft umbical cords (one provide 18 vac and one to provide 28 VDC, power supply: Two 12 volt-dc gel-cell type batteries. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a quotation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within ten days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
