Sources Sought Synopsis for Transient Alert Aircraft Services at Little Rock AFB, AR Little Rock AFB is currently researching the capability of commercial vendors performing transient alert aircraft services for military aircraft. Below is a market research questionnaire that is to be used to make this determination. MARKET ANALYSIS REPORT FOR TRANSIENT ALERT SERVICES This market analysis questionnaire is being forwarded in the commercial marketplace to find out if their services can be provided to transient military aircraft. The requirement is to provide transient alert management control, transient aircraft arrival, parking, departure services, and common aircraft practices and procedures. Upon completion of this questionnaire, please fax results to: 314 Contracting Squadron, Little Rock AFB, AR. Fax number is (501) 987-8119. Please answer the following questions: 1. Does your company have experience providing turn-around service to military aircraft? If so, please provide a background history. 2. Is your company familiar with the Air force Technical Order System? 3. Does your company have an effective safety program? 4. Does your company have an effective hazardous material handling program? 5. Does your company have certified and trained technicians? If so, what type of certification training program do you have? Please explain. 6. Does your company have an effective Foreign Object Damage (FOD) Program? 7. This contract will require all personnel to have a background and/or security clearance. Will this be a problem for your personnel? 8. Do you currently have or had in the past any such contracts with the Department of Defense? If so, please list. 9. How are your commercial contracts different from the government contracts? 10. Is it standard practice for your company to provide own vehicles and tools? 11. Beyond basic aircraft servicing, what other services can your company provide (i.e. other aircraft maintenance capabilities)?
