AMENDMENT 01: DELIVERY TIME HAS CHANGED TO 120 DAYS AFTER RECEIPT OF ORDER. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format I the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitations; a quotation is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 00T1552 is issued as a Request for Quotation using simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for certain commercial items found at FAR Subpart 13.5 The solicitation document and incorporate provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-18, and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation supplement, Defense Change Notice (DCN) 20000627. It is the contractor_s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 3585. Contractor shall furnish the following items: NAME BRAND ONLY _____ 1 ea, York compressor/motor assembly (800 ton), reference number 1635-YDTK144 _____ 1 ea, auto transformer, reference number 1635-25-154-695-011 _____ 3 ea, fuses, reference number 1635-48-FM9R-4 _____ 1350 lbs, HFCC-123 refrigerant, reference number 1635-R123 _____ 1 ea, conversion kit, reference number 1635-375-03322 _____ 3 ea, refrigerant oil (5 gallon cans), reference number 1635-611-00312 _____ GSA items shall be noted as well as GSA Contract Number. Required delivery date shall be 120 days after receipt of award. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated either by reference or full text and are to remain in full force in any resultant purchase order; FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, Commercial Item (Feb 2000).
