Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation No. DAKF06-00-T-0116, (submitted to CBD 14 September 00). This solicitation is amended as follows: A Grade #2 (standard) is added to the description of items no. 0001, 0002, 0004, 0005, 0012, 0013 and 0014; B. Grade #3 is added to item no 0003; C. The description of Item no. 0006 is corrected to: three fourths inch x 4 x 8 CDX Plywood/QTY: 46/U/M each D. The description of item no. 0009 is corrected to: one half inch x 4 x 8 CDX Plywood/QTY: 210/U/M each; E. The description of item no. 0015 is corrected to: one half inch x 4 x 8 CDX Plywood/QTY: 1120/U/M each 3. Firms submitting quotations must acknowledge this amendment with their quotation. Fax quotes will be accepted, our fax no. is (719) 526-3841. 4. Delivery shall be FOB destination. Delivery is desired by the government within 30 days after receipt of order. Firms submitting quotations are required to state their delivery time. 5. The due date for Quotations is not extended. Quotations are due 25 September 2000, 2000, 12PM. Quotations shall be submitted to the following address: Directorate of Contracting 1850 Mekong Street, Building 6222, Fort Carson, CO 80913-4323.
