Modification 1 -- The purpose of this modification is to incorporate a list of equipment that has been determined to meet the requirements of the Statement of Work. Equipment list dated 20 Sep 00, is hereby incorporated into this solicitation. The list is linked to this synopsis and can be viewed at http://www.eps.gov. Any quote submitted with an "or equal" item/s must be supported with documentation qualifying the items technical capability in accordance with the requirements of the statement of work. All other requirements of this solicitation, to include the response date for quotes, remain unchanged.
