Description

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Hypersonics, 164 Ferne Court, Palo Alto, CA 74306-4607 the requirement for installation and training for Global/Local Hypersonic Omni Species thermal (Ghost) three dimensional Navier-Stokes computer software for reentry vehicle flowfield analysis. In addition to installation and the training of Navy personnel, the contractor will be required to modify the software to meet specific NSWCDD requirements and to provide a user's guide to complement the existing GHOST documentation. The solicitation number is N00178-00-R-1075. Note 22 applies. The Naval Surface Warfare, Dahlgren Division, Dahlgren Procurement Division has implemented Electronic Commerce (EC) in the acquisition area; therefore, synopses and resulting solicitations with any applicable amendments will be available on the World Wide Web at http://www.nswc.navy.mil/supply.
