Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation package will not be issued. Solicitation number DAHA45-00-T-0050 is issued as a request for solicitation. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. This synopsis/solicitation is for Modular Tents Operations Center with the following specifications: CLIN (1)Two person set-up, non-air inflated tent to avoid necessity of dealing with air bottles or compressors, double walled internal frame tents, one piece design, covered and screened windows on both sides, fabric shoud be UV stabilized, fire retardant and mildew resistant, fabric skirt around outside of tent to accommodate weights for securing tent, anchor kit and wind lines, transportation bag, ground cloth (floor), minimum inter floor space of 10' X 17', integrated weather tight combination vehicle boot/awning, interior wall should be white to enhance visibility, HVAC ports on the ends of each tent side, two sidewall door vestibule connectors of approximately 4'L, 6'H & 4'W, two end to end connecting covers that are weather tight, Model # TVI Corp, CPI-08 or equal. CLIN (2) Two each Operations Center Tent with the following specifications: two sidewall door connectors of approximately 6'H, 4'W for connecting tents side-to-side, Model # TVI Corp CPI-08 or equal. CLIN (3) Repair Kit for both tents, Model # TVI Corp #1.All responsible sources who can fulfill the above requirements shall submit a written quote and other relevant information regarding their tents. The governemnt will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous "Best Value" to the Government, price and other factors considered. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerers -- Copmmercial, FAR 52.212-2, Evaulation -- Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition. Offers shall include a fully executed copy of FAR provisions at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with the offer. FAR clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items. FAR clause 52.232-33, payment by Electronic Funds Transfer Central Contractor Registration and DFARS clause 252.204-7004. Evaulation/award will be made to that offerer whose quote meets the specifications listed above and is most advantageous price to the government. The government intends to award a firm fixed price order. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB point; a POC (name and telephone number); GSA number if applicable, business size and payment terms. This award is being made under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures, Part 13 of FAR. The government will not be responsible for any costs associated with the preparation and responsde to this announcement.
