Description

The U.S. Customs Service intends to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a purchase order utilizing the procedures in FAR Part 13 for Simplified Acquisition. The RFQ is to purchase promotional advertising items. Award will be based upon price and other factors; i.e. past performance and best value. All Small businesses interested in obtaining a copy of the RFQ should request a copy by fax at 317-298-1344, to the attn: of Sonja Robinson by COB 09/22/00. All interested small businesses quoting on this RFQ shall provide specification literature, delivery date, and pricing along with past performance references to include point of contact (POC) with phone numbers for each, and Government discounts offered. MODIFICATION ALL ITEMS LISTED ON THE RFQ PREVIOUSLY ISSUED VIA FAX TO PROSPECTIVE CONTRACTORS SHOULD BE QUOTED BASED ON THE BRAND NAME AS SPECIFIED. IF BRAND NAME IS NOT SPECIFICED QUOTE ON THE BEST AVAIALBLE PRICE FOR THAT TYPE OF ITEM.
