Description

The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to procure non-personal engineering, technical and administrative services in support of the U.S. Joint Forces Command, Joint Experimentation (JE) Program. The required services will support the JE Program in the analysis of specific new concepts and capabilities for joint operations. Contractor services in support of the analysis of a specific concept or capability may be required in one or more of the following functional areas: Program and Policy Development, Concept Development, Science and Technology, Experiment Design and Analysis, Experiment Operations, Integration, Modeling and Simulation, Advanced Concept technology Demonstrations and Knowledge Management. This procurement is being processed on an unrestricted basis and will consist of a base year and four option years. It is expected that the proposed action will result in the placement of multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity contacts with cost plus fixed fee provisions. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia. The solicitation will require the submission of cost/price and past performance/technical proposals.
