Description

The 30th Space Wing, Vandenberg AFB, CA, is soliciting offers for the purchase of equipment as specified below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information as included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The reference number is K00DK032H00 and will be issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The NAIC code is 443120 and the size standard is $6.5 million. This acquisition is 100% small business set-aside. There are six line items as follows: Line Item 001 -- Qty (3) ea -- Part # WS-C5505-S3-E3, CISCO CATALYST 5505 Switching System; Line Item 002 -Qty (3) ea -- Part # WS-C5008B, CISCO CATALYST 5505 Power Supply; Line Item 003 -- Qty (6) ea -- Part # WS-X5236-FX-MT, CISCO 24 PORT 10/100 FX Switch Module (MT-RJ); Line Item 004 -- Qty (3) ea -- Part # WS-C5599, CISCO CATALYST 5000/5505 Rack Mount Kit; Line Item 005 -- Qty (1) ea -- Part # WS-X5530-E3A, CISCO CATALYST 5000 Family Supervisor III W-NFFCII-AC; and Line Item 006 -- Qty (1) ea -- Part # WS-U5533-FEFX-MNF, Dual Port 100 Base FX MNF Uplink Module for Supervisor III.. Deliver to Vandenberg Air Force Base no later than 30 days after receipt of order. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors-Commercial" apply to this acquisition. The provisions at FAR 52.212-2, "Evaluation-Commercial Items" apply to this acquisition. This service will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.0. Offerors must submit a completed copy of the provisions at FAR 52.212-3, "Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items." The clause at FAR 52.212-4, "Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items" applies to this acquisition. DFARS clauses are incorporated in this solicitation with the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. The DFARS clause 252.212-7000, "Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items" applies to this acquisition.
