Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) San Diego, CA has a requirement for management information systems support for tracking Defense Acquisition Workforce Information Act (DAWIA) personnel. It is estimated that contract performance will begin on July 1, 2001. The place of performance is mainly the contractor's facility. The proposed contract will be an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. Multiple awards are contemplated. The type of contract will be a cost plus fixed fee pricing arrangement for a base period of one year, and to include four one-year options. The estimated level of effort for the total requirement is 185,000 man-hours of effort spread equally over the five years. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 514210, and the size standard is $18M; however, this requirement is unrestricted.
