Description

We are seeking in-kind sponsorship for the Elmendorf Youth Sports Center's Christmas Basketball Tournament to be conducted on December 22-23, 2000. We are seeking toys for door prizes gift certificates, and any hams or turkeys to raffle. We would accept all or part donations depending on the sponsor and what they are willing to provide. Advertising will be done in all areas of the base. Sponsors may set up booths and display banners at the event. Representation by the sponsor at the event will be accepted and encouraged. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation for this solicitation may be made no later than 1 December 2000. This is a solicitation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the government.*****
