- Contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to provide for monitoring, inspection, testing, servicing, periodic maintenance, and repairing of the Simplex Fire Alarm and Sprinkler System at the following locations: Federal Building 650 Capitol Mall and Federal Building/Child Care Center 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA 95814. Award will not be based on low bid, passed performance and experience as well as price will be considered.
