Black ink and one additional PMS color or an occasional order will print cover one in four-color process. Bi-monthly issue for approx. 11,000 to 13,000 copies of 28 to 48 pages. Operations include prepress, film-making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Copy pickup in Washington, DC. Quality Level III. Bid opening anticipated during the month of December, 2000.
