Description

The U.S. Customs Service intends to issue a purchase order to SimCom International, Inc. of Orlando, FL to provide proprietary computer software using Simcom's Computer Based Aviation Systems Simulation (CEASS). This software is designed to provide pilots with familiarization, drill and practice in the operation of Litton Aero Products. No solicitation is available. See Note 22.
