- Description
- The contractor shall perform school bus transportation services on Grand Forks AFB, ND as defined in the Statement of Work. The period of performance will be from 1 Nov 00 through 30 Jun 01 with four (4) one year option periods, period of performance on the four options will be approx 25 Aug through 30 Jun of the following year. The proposed contract is subject to the Service Contract Act. Specific requirements and the SOW will be provided in the solicitation package which will be available on or about 9 Sep 00. You may obtain the solicitation by downloading the solicitation through the Electronic Posting System (EPS) (Vendor). This is an internet only solicitation. Documents will not be available via any other means. Solicitation issue date and proposal due date are tentative. This solicitation is unrestricted. The applicable SIC code is 4151 and size standard is $5M. Phone requests will not be accepted. IMPORTANT NOTICE: FAR 52.232-33 (Payment by) Electronic Funds Transfer (Central Contractor Registration) requires registration in the CCR database. Payments will be made by electronic funds transfer. Contractors may register on-line at http://www.ccr2000.com. It is mandatory to obtain a DUNs number prior to registering. Call Dunn & Bradstreet (1-800-333-0505) to register. Award cannot be made unless registered. Performance price trade-off procedures will be used, with past performance being considered significantly more important than price. The government intends to make a single award to the responsible offeror whose offer is the most advantageous to the government.
