This acquisition was synopsized in the CBD on or about (o/a) 25 May 00. All information stated in the original synopsis is still true, except as follows: 1. Item 7 (Office Address) of this synopsis shows the correct office address. The address shown in Item 7 of the original synopsis was incorrect. 2. Anticipated solicitation release date is now o/a 29 September 2000, with offers due o/a 30 October 2000. 3. The original synopsis stated, "Contract duration is expected to be two years with three option periods of one year each." This is now changed to read, "Contract duration is expected to be one year with four option periods of one year each."
