PRON: AX051043AX, Noun: Ring Set, Piston, NSN: 2805-01-172-5195; P/N: 289334-1; Quantity: 1000 each. Applicable to the AH-64 Airframe. FOB Destination to New Cumberland, PA and Texarkana, TX. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Justification for other than full and open competition is FAR 6.302-1. This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does not have specifications and drawings to permit full and open competition. Approved business sources are Parker Hannifin Corp., Irvin, CA, and Busak and Shamban Inc., Fort Wayne, IN. Award cannot be delayed pending approval of a new source.
