Description

The solicitation is amended as follows: The part that reads "This requirement is to furnish, deliver, and install" shall read "This requirement is to remove and dispose of existing Tower and furnish, deliver, and set in place a Cooling Tower, Tower Tech Model TTEF-159-301-2 or equal for use at our facility. The VA Medical Center will be responsible for disconnecting electrical and plumbing connections to the Tower and have the Tower ready to remove before arrival of new tower. The VA will be responsible for re-connecting all electrical and plumbing connections to the Tower. Vendor shall be responsible for providing all equipment necessary to remove existing tower from its present location and properly disposing of it. Vendor shall be responsible for providing all equipment necessary to off-load new towers and all accessories and set them in place on existing foundation. Vendor shall be responsible for or making arrangements for providing factory trained personel on site for initial start-up and to ensure unit is operating properly.
