Description

The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for a Service Agreement for fiscal year 2001, (from October, 2000 thru September 30, 2001) for rental of emergency air compressor. This acquisition is set-side for small business under standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code 3563, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. All responsible small business sources are requested to submit a written quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, sic code, business size std, and Duns number. Quotes will be accepted on the first day after publication of the notice and a purchase order will be awarded soon after receipt of quotes.
