The solicitation also contains a firm quantity option provision. The maximum quantity covered by this announcement, including incremental quantities and the option is 1,400 PG. Destination is CONUS. Drawings are not required. Delivery schedule: 180 days after date of contract. Grilled (phased) delivery schedules are acceptable. This is an unrestricted procurement. This contract action is for supplies which the government does not possess complete, unrestricted technical data, therefore, the government intends to solicit and contract with only one or a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1 and 10 USC2304 C 1. While price will be a significant factor in evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based on a combination of price and delivery, as described in sections L and M of this solicitation.
