The solicitation shall reflect the following changes: Solicitation 50-280 is incorrect, the correct Solicitation number is #6200000074. Amended to include the basis for award. The award will be based on the best value to the Government based on the following evaluation factors: Price and price related factors, past performance and specifications (technical capability to meet Government requirements). All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
