Description

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Great Lakes Acquisition Center, is planning to negotiate a sole source contract with Interstate Electronics Company of Willowbrook, IL for the purchase and installation of a Zetron Multi-user Pocket Paging System and components, Model 2200, for the Edward Hines VA Hospital in Hines, IL. This is considered to be a sole source for the following reason: Interstate Electronics Company is the only supplier of an alpha numeric paging system capable of operating at 408 MHZ as required by this procurement. Other sources that believe they can meet VA needs must furnish product information and references to this office by no later than 4:30 PM on September 28, 2000.
