Description

The Network Business Center, Veterans Affairs intends to procure, on an other than full and open competition basis to the following: Fresenius Medical Care, Two Ledgemont Center, 95 Hayden Avenue, Lexington, MA 02420-9192. This is a requirements contract on a sole source basis to provide and deliver to Veteran Affairs patients' homes peritoneal and hemo dialysis supplies for treatement with compatible equipment. This is a consolidated procurement inclusive of five VA Medical Center Facilities. The basic period of the contract will be from 20 November 2000 through 30 September 2001. The contract will include four (4) one-year option periods through 30 September 2005. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See numbered Note 22.
