Description

This is a modification to the synopsis entitled Global Positioning System (GPS) and Attitude Simulator, RFO5-56659-229 which was posted on September 21, 2000. You are notified that the following changes are made: Paragraph two of the synopsis description is changed to read: "NASA/GSFC intends to purchase the items from GSSI as authorized at 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. These simulations are based on the GSSI proprietary simulator system and test development software and therefore cannot be run on any possible competitor's simulators. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12. The due date for receipt of written capabilities and qualifications is not extended. Documents related to this procurement are available over the Internet and are in Microsoft Office Suite (Word 6.0, Excel 5.0, or PowerPoint 4.0) format and will reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
