Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Federal Acquisition (FAR), Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This action is 100% set aside for small businesses. Solicitation Number N00104-01-Q-Q012 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13. This requirement is for Tektronix Printer Maintenance with a Coverage Period of 10/01/00 through 9/30/01. The Coverage will include unit repair including all parts, labor and travel. The printers are located at the NAVICP Phila., PA. This maintenance must be performed by Tektronix Certified technicians that have knowledge of the equipment. Copies of certifications shall be provided with submission of your RFQ. Please include in your quote the terms and conditions that are applicable to maintenance. To receive a hard copy of the solicitation please call Deborah Thoman at (717)605-3522 and a copy will be sent via fax. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed contract on a competitive basis amongst small business firms. Responsible interested parties may submit a RFQ in which they identify their interest and business size.
